We are extremely sad to announce we are at the end of our storage water this coming Tuesday the 7th of July. There is a long shot chance we can purchase water later in the season if the drought conditions change due to El Niño.

In these last days we are running some of the city’s shares of water into Maxwell pond. The pond was in desperate straits and the wildlife was in peril. We are glad that for this bit of time we can help to preserve the balance.

It has been a time of great effort and rewards, for which we have our hard working dedicated members to thank. We also give thanks for the depth of team work, sacrifice, and understanding that we have seen from you all. Limiting your takes on water and thoughtfulness shown as a group and for each other is wonderful to experience.

Maybe we will be lucky later in the season- as they say ‘it’s not over until it’s over’.
